Peroni 0.0% Welcomes Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari with 'The Welcome Present'

When this year’s Formula 1® season revs up, Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0%, the stylish non-alcoholic brew, will again ride along with the most successful team in the sport’s history, Scuderia Ferrari HP.   

They’re accelerating the partnership in year two with a short film, refreshed retail tools, a consumer sweeps and more.   

“Formula 1® is a true cultural phenomenon,” says Senior Marketing Manager Michelle Nagel. “And Scuderia Ferrari has a storied Italian heritage that aligns perfectly with the Peroni brand.”    

Scuderia Ferrari’s world-famous racing driver Charles Leclerc will also return as Peroni 0.0%’s global brand ambassador.   

The partnership comes as Peroni 0.0% continues its impressive run. Dollar sales are up 34.9% and volume sales are up 33.9% compared to the previous year, according to Circana for the 13 weeks ending March 2.   

Sending ‘The Welcome Present’  

To kick off year two of the partnership, Peroni Nastro Azzurro 0.0% and Scuderia Ferrari HP are releasing a short film by acclaimed director Martin Werner. The video follows a one of-a-kind combi van on its way to deliver a special package to Scuderia Ferrari’s newest driver, Lewis Hamilton, who holds the Formula 1® record for most career race victories. The present turns out to be 44 cases of Peroni 0.0%, a nod to Hamilton’s racing number, #44.

Win a trip to Las Vegas Grand Prix

The Formula 1® schedule features three U.S. races: Miami (May 2 to 4), Austin (October 17 to 19) and Las Vegas (November 20 to 22). And unlike last year, Peroni 0.0% now has national distribution, enabling the partnership to reach more racing fans across the country than ever before. The brand also has digital assets and will have co-branded merch available online in the spring.  

To help its fans get even closer to the racing action, Peroni 0.0% is offering a sweepstakes where legal drinking-age consumers can enter to win a grand prize trip to the 2025 Las Vegas Grand Prix. Along with tickets to the event, the winner and one 21+ guest will also receive three nights of accommodations, as well as spending money for the trip and plenty of Peroni 0.0%.

Currently, Nagel says that Peroni 0.0% is planning an event for the Miami Grand Prix, where it plans to show up in a stylish way.
