Peroni makes red carpet splash with custom Judith Leiber Couture purse

Peroni Nastro Azzurro brought a taste of Italy to its appearance at the biggest movie awards show of the year, launching an evolution of its “Live Every Moment” campaign during the ceremonies that displayed the brand’s unmatched Italian flair and style.  

But that wasn’t the only place where the brand made an impact. 

Peroni teamed up with the global luxury brand Judith Leiber Couture, who crafted a one-of-a-kind purse in the shape of a Peroni bottle.  

“Judith Leiber Couture is known for over five decades of trendsetting artistry, and designed a piece that truly brought the style of Italian culture to life for Hollywood’s biggest night,” says Director of Marketing for Imports Liz Cramton.  

To showcase the glittering accessory, the brand partnered with Nicky Hilton Rothschild, style icon and Peroni brand fan, to sport it on the red carpet.  

Prior to the appearance, Hilton gave her millions of social media followers a look at how stars prepare for the primetime event, from the makeup artists and designer dresses to her beverage of choice – Peroni Nastro Azzurro.  

“Hilton’s appreciation for classic European elegance, paired with her trendsetting influence, made her a natural fit to showcase this exclusive collaboration,” says Cramton. 

A charming giveaway

While the Peroni purse is a one-of-a-kind item, the brand also created bag charms that are miniature crystallized replicas of Peroni’s bottle. Thanks to numerous celebrities and fashion influencers, these style accessories are showing up on runways and all over social media. Currently, there are over 200K bag charm-related hashtags on TikTok.  

Designed in collaboration with A-Morir, the visionary accessory brand and crystallization studio, the hand-embellished charms feature 275 European crystals to match Peroni’s colorful green bottle and signature blue ribbon on its label.  

“Peroni has always embodied effortless Italian style, and with these new bag charms, we’re giving fans a way to bring a piece of that red-carpet fashion into their everyday looks,” says Cramton.
