After a year of uncertainty brought on by economic, environmental and political strife, the Top Employers Institute, a leading human resources organization, today honored Molson Coors Beverage Company for its “people-oriented” HR practices in several European countries.
The annual list of Top Employers recognizes companies that put people first through “exceptional” HR policies.
“Our company values and our HR Best Practices have helped to steer us through both prosperous and difficult times, and this latest certification helps to demonstrate to the world our unique culture,” said Sergey Yeskov, president of Molson Coors’ European operations.
In a message to employees, Yeskov credited Molson Coors’ personnel with helping earn the Top Employer distinction.
“The award is a testament to all of you for your hard work, dedication, and contribution that you make every day to our people-first culture,” he said. “I know I speak for the entire Leadership Team when I say that our resilience last year would not be possible without the collective efforts of our talented and passionate team.”
Molson Coors is no stranger to Top Employer accolades. In addition to earning the organization’s European Seal in 2023, the company was named a Top Employer in the U.K. for the 10th year and made the list for the first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Montenegro and Serbia.
“Exceptional times bring out the best in people and organizations. And we have witnessed this in our Top Employers Certification Program this year: exceptional performance from the certified Top Employers 2023. These employers have always shown that they care for the development and well-being of their people. By doing so, they collectively enrich the world of work,” said David Plink, CEO of the Top Employers Institute.
The Top Employers Institute has certified more than 2,000 companies in 121 countries and regions since its founding more than 30 years ago. Organizations certified as “Top Employers” are measured in six areas, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing.
